Food lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Rue des Maréchaux and its many restaurants, which are just a 15-minute walk away. If walking isn't for you, there are several public transport options available to shorten your journey even further.

Travellers arriving by train will be delighted to discover that the flat is a 20-minute walk from the station, or just 13 minutes via tram number 10. For those who prefer to come by car, the flat offers a convenient solution with an allocated parking space in the building's secure courtyard.

This flat, located on the second floor of a building on Rue du Joli Cœur, is ideal for families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 6 people thanks to its two large bedrooms and large sofa bed. If you're travelling with a young child, there's no need to carry around a bulky cot - a cot is available in one of the bedrooms!
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by modern, uncluttered decor and all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal, ideal for longer stays.
The fully-equipped kitchen, with its oven and induction hob, gives you the opportunity to treat all travellers. All that's missing is a good cook - maybe you?

The first physical entry into the premises is from 4pm, and departure must be no later than 11am on the day of your departure. Arrival is unaccompanied. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which (once you have pre-registered) will give you all the information you need to access the flat very easily: how to get there, the code for the key box, etc.
